Spicy Chicken Pockets



  • Wholemeal Pitta breads
  • 2 slices cooked Chicken
  • Handful of Spinach leaves
  • 1 Tomato
  • ¼ chopped Red Onion

Spicy Mayonnaise:

  • 1 tbsp Curry Powder
  • Half tsp. Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Flaked Almonds

  • Mix the Spicy Mayonnaise ingredients together in a bowl, add the pre – cooked chicken to the mix.
  • Toast the wholemeal pitta bread.
  • Fill the pitta with the spicy chicken mixture and top with spinach leaves, red pepper and onion.
