Ingredients
Pockets:
- Wholemeal Pitta breads
- 2 slices cooked Chicken
- Handful of Spinach leaves
- 1 Tomato
- ¼ chopped Red Onion
Spicy Mayonnaise:
- 1 tbsp Curry Powder
- Half tsp. Turmeric
- 2 tbsp Natural Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Flaked Almonds
Method
- Mix the Spicy Mayonnaise ingredients together in a bowl, add the pre – cooked chicken to the mix.
- Toast the wholemeal pitta bread.
- Fill the pitta with the spicy chicken mixture and top with spinach leaves, red pepper and onion.
